Executive AI Readiness Review

A working session with your executive team — and ours.

The Executive Briefing identifies strategic strengths, organizational gaps, and priority opportunities. A customized AI Transformation Roadmap is developed during an Executive AI Readiness Review with Scott Archibald and Eric Bannavti Suiseka.

What happens during the review

Six working modules. One aligned executive team.

  1. 01

    Leadership discussion

A candid conversation with your executive team about ambition, constraints and the organizational posture toward AI.

  2. 02

    Readiness validation

We pressure-test your Executive Briefing against what we see on the ground — interviews, documents and operating realities.

  3. 03

    Priority alignment

We translate the Index into the two or three strategic priorities that will move the needle in the next four quarters.

  4. 04

    Governance review

A working session on AI policy, model risk, regulatory exposure (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, sector rules) and board-level accountability.

  5. 05

    Transformation roadmap

A customized roadmap — sequencing, capability investments and operating-model moves — co-developed with your leadership team.

  6. 06

    Pilot planning

We scope an Executive AI Transformation Pilot with clear success measures, governance posture and capability build.
